Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Fila-Mart, we are a local pickup shop and we do our best to handle issues fairly and reasonably. If something is not right, please contact us and we will work through it with you.

Filament

Sealed, unopened filament returned within 30 days of purchase is eligible for a full refund. Opened filament may be eligible for an exchange if it is found to be defective and more than 50% remains, verified by spool weight. If 50% or less remains, we may offer 30% off one replacement spool of the same product on your next order.

Parts & Accessories

Build plates, hotends, nozzles, spare parts, and other accessories may be returned within 30 days only if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened, installed, or used parts and accessories are generally not eligible for return unless they arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

General Terms

All return, exchange, and product issue requests must be initiated by contacting us at info@fila-mart.com before bringing anything back. Returns and exchanges are handled locally only, and buyers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred. Some warranty or defect claims may need to be handled directly through the manufacturer or supplier, depending on the product and issue. Fila-Mart and our suppliers stand behind the quality of the products we sell, and that is one reason we are careful about who we choose to partner with.
